The coaching qualification issue is not taken that seriously - a way is always found to get round by buying time.

I think Ince might well have taken the Leicester job but for the Blackburn situation and if he is offered the latter then it would be absurd for him not to take it.

I'm not especially enthusiastic about Grayson as manager - but he may be one of the very few apparantly credible candidates who want the job and even in our dire straits we are a bigger club than Blackpool.

Sadly, I am beginning to have the same bad feelings about the way the club is run to Durham. They have done remarkably well to sell 10,000 STs but I don't sense any enthusiam whatsoever about next season.
