My Dad; He phoned this morning from India saying he broke his arm; he fell over going down the stairs to go to the beach. He needs to have surgery in his arm so he is ****ing coming back on the 12th February rather then his original 18th February, FFS why's he have to come back early, get it done over there

that is common practise among hgv drivers to warn others due to their stopping times being different

it is usually hgv driver that do it. it is also used to warn against road works, so there is reason to it
