I read a story in the Metro paper, that some English fan wanted to take his Ukraine and Switzerland tickets in for re-sale, he got to the appropraite booths and offices and they told him, 'no we are not accepting them, cause too much trouble'. (What with namechanges and etc.)

The FIFA official said 'Sell them?',
'Where on the streets?' ,
