If we've achieved all these points with Holloway at the helm, just imagine what we could have achieved without him. :icon_bigg

I think we have fulop (in part) to thank for that. Said to my old man just before christmas we'd have been bottom if it wasn't for him

Agreed ,not only for his skills but he gave the defender faith in the keeper which made their job a bit easier knowing if all else failed 80% of the time he would save the shot .

Pardon me for stating the blindingly obvious but conceding goals isn't our problem. It wasn't with Fulop, Alnwick or Henderson. It's converting the chances we've had trouble with. Fulop wouldn't have made any difference whatsoever.

He would have done IMO as i said the defenders had faith in him so the late 1-0 games we have lost this season may not of happened ,then again will never know now :icon_sad:

I can only think of 1 game where fulop lost us points or games. i can think of 3 where alnwick has and 2 where henderson has.

Based on the points haul pattern over the season for the clubs above us - maybe we will need 54 points to be safe - 53 to have a fighting chance.

Unless we start to produce some surprising results, i think we are unlikely to achive that.

It looks grim.

one thought on the points watch comparison...

remember this weekend last season? Lost 1-3 at home to QPR and started a disastrous run that brought in 1 point from six matches and we still stayed up!

interesting to see Boc's point's watch in three or four games time....

that's about as positive as I can get at the moment

We'll be fine - I wish you'd all stop fretting!

Lest anybody should get carried away -

2004/2005 - after 39 games - 48 points (15th)

2005/2006 - after 39 games - 46 points (16th)

Last season - after 39 games - 46 points (17th)

This season - after 39 games - 44 points (20th)

Yes, we've still got the least points and are still in the worst position of any of the past four seasons.

2004/2005 - after 40 games - 49 points (16th)

2005/2006 - after 40 games - 47 points (16th)

This season - after 40 games - 44 points (21st)

So congrats to Milan, you have only made things worse than they ever have been.........

So MM plays football as well :icon_roll:icon_roll:icon_roll:icon_roll its the players that i blame :icon_evil and Ollie :098:
Regardless who we individually blame, Milan must accept full 100% responsibilty for this, it's his club, and he's watching those performances, and he's the ONLY one who can do anything about it.

I'll give you that but why has he done nothing as of yet . :102:
Because he doesn't know what to do?, and I'm guessing he's a little fearful of the Blue Mongie backlash if he gets rid of Holloway.
