I don't in this circumstance. The rules might say that but I think if it was accidental then a red card is incredibly harsh and the award of a penalty would have been sufficient. Ultimately the ref gave it as he called it as deliberate anyway but I think he was wrong and this handball rule needs changing to account for situations like in this game.

If James hadn’t moved his arm, I suspect it might not have been given. He did, however, so I think it was right to be given.
