i dont necessarily agree with it but like i said they dont care about the travelling fans but there isnt a great deal we can do about it, fans know theyre going to have to change their plans etc at the start of the season at some point or another :102:

I think if you look over the course of a season, there will be very few if any who will be forced to play like we're being made to do so.

im guessing youre not including the premiership teams :102: im sure were not being done hard that much over the course of the season :102: i guess theres more leicester fans who are quite pleased to see city on sky twice in a week when they normally wouldnt get to see them - im not saying its right though - its football and tv :102:

There will not be many if any teams in the premier league, championship, league 1, league 2 or in any division where teams will play TWICE between Mon-Fri.

You will often get someone playing Sat/Sun, and then again in the week, but very very rare twice in the space of Mon-Fri.

sky pay the club a lot of money.they aint bothered about a handful of people that cant go cos of travelling.cant please everyone!

got two points of view on this.

there is genuine fans with genuine reasons cannot goto games, they are limited to using radio leics to know whats going on live, sky for these fans is brilliant.

if sky dominantly only pick out away games I think that is very wrong tho since on away games the inconveniance to match attending fans is greater and the club gets far less money than tv home games.

Also two in one week with a decreased rest period does seem out of order, the first game really should be a 5pm kickoff on sat for better planning.

But not always...For a variety of reasons I now find it almost impossible to get to more than a couple of home games a season, and evening games are mostly a no-no. So its a real bonus when there are Saturday away games within easy reach. Like Reading and QPR. Now these have been moved to weekday evenings both are probably blown out for me.

Here's a radical solution...

Every club plays on Saturday at 3PM, with all games being available on pay per view.
The TV money is shared throughout the leagues, making up for possible reduced attendances when people decide to watch Man U on TV instead.

Real fans can then watch their team play at a sensible time, and armchair fans can choose which match they want to watch.

If the TV companies insist on having matches on Monday, make them matches that would have been played during the evening anyway.

You can moan and groan all you like things won't change and this won't be the last time something like this happens. It's a pisser for you lot who go the games but unfortunately it's the way it is and will continue to be

cant happen.would make the bigger clubs just have them watching em.i wouldnt pay to watch leics on tv when better teams available.

Absolute joke is this, getting pissed off with all these moved games expecially on Monday nights, makes it so much more effort to get to.
