How about we poach Ange Postecoglou, just to piss Sutton off again.

I feel like the club has forgotten the championship exists - I can't remember the last player we signed from there.
 
Not that I'm saying I want Rodgers out...

But it's pretty remarkable that newly promoted Bournemouth, who have won 1 of their opening 4 games and are above us in the league after a tougher run of games, have already sacked their manager...

Admittedly they lost 9-0 at the weekend AND his sacking is likely to be partly due to his comments in post-match interviews (although Rodgers has taken a similar tone)...

But it shows the pressure Rodgers must be now coming under.

I suppose - could have probably put Maddison in there too. Even so, feels like we're much more willing to go and look abroad, which hasn't worked out great recently.

and there are plenty of players there and in the leagues below who will be great when given the chance by a club willing to take the risk ........ oh shit that used to be us!
