There are one or two upset over there....

Did they get grounded or something?

Honestly not bothered. I know a few people on the other forum might be deeply distressed because obviously coming from Arsenal equates to being the best thing since sliced bread, but for me he was all tricks and little end product.

Hopefully he will turn out to be a very good player one day and have a long and successful career. But it was never going to be with us.

The funniest memory I will have of the lad is Leveins comment that we would not have the 3 million pounds at the end of the season to afford him. This was a figure Levein himself plucked from thin air. Perhaps he meant monopoly money, because he is never worth that...not at the moment anyway.

There was also an excellent performance against Spurs in the cup...but that was more possibly through love of arsenal than Leicester.

Good Luck Ryan, cheers for the hard work.

Best moment was when he was brought on as a sub at Brighton, then taken off a few minutes later ( allegedly still suffering from sickness, nothing to do with the fact he was crap ) and then threw his toys out of the pram big time stylee!

Coincidently did he play after that incident, not by my recollection, although I may well and probably am wrong. I wait to be corrected.

Almost a goal every three games in a career that stretched over more than 400 games doesn't suggest that he was too bad a player.

And Campbell had an instant impact on his loan spell, the guy was a revelation for us. Where as Smith has been mediocre.

is this really a good thing, i mean the lad has got shit loads of tallent, he could beat players like they weren;t even there!! i know he didn't actually statistically provide many if any assists but you cant say that he was not one of the most talented players at the club at the time. from the fans view, yes it did look like he did not seem to give his all for the club and i fully understand people critising him for not putting in 100% but surely this is something thatt could of been changed.his attitude could of been down to variuos reasons, like him having a personal problem with kelly or it could be vice-versa, we dont know. it could of been kelly or other staff disliking his style of play, but the fact of the matter is that his attitude could of changed. to send back one of the most talented players we have had down here since muzzy left seems ridiculous to me. i feel that everyone is being a bit harsh on the kid slating him saying that u are glad he has gone back to arsenal, so now we can contnue playing a centre mid on the left of mid and a full back on the right wing, i believe that smith would of done just as good probss better job than those two have done in either of their positions. i know im in a minority of one here but good luck ryan smith, i hope you have an excellent career and then give two fingers up to all the leicester fans that were glad to see the back of you that think you are crap.

He's got talent, and in a good side that can accomodate a player like him then he'd probably do well, but at the moment we aren't a good side and can' accomodate him.

He (in my opinion) flattered to decieve and never produced any final pass or finish and unless that changes he'll not get much time given to him at Arsenal.

If he does work and improve on that aspect he'd be as good as Aaron Lennon at Spurs. If he doesn't then he'll drift about a few clubs but nothing spectacular.

and that makes your previous post look so much better, i mean i am struggling to reply to this as you have just proven that me posting anything has no relevance and should not be read by anyone as you have just backed up it up with some pure genious reasons.

or would it be better if i wrote it in a language that you understood more as you seem to be around here quite regularly:
