What I mean is if you're the sort of person who needs to take extra time to get something right, I won't be interested in employing you.

A CV can be written by someone else, checked half a dozen times etc, so the spelling, grammar etc should always be right. The way someone writes and presents things on a forum such as this is a better indication of what they're really like.

Fair play mate, I spent a large proportion of my university life in a similar state.

He's got talent, and in a good side that can accomodate a player like him then he'd probably do well, but at the moment we aren't a good side and can' accomodate him.

He (in my opinion) flattered to decieve and never produced any final pass or finish and unless that changes he'll not get much time given to him at Arsenal.

i agreed. Plus, look at how well we've done since he's not been in the team!
At the end of the day he could be a brilliant player, but if he doesn't fit in to the team and how the manager wants to play then 'bye bye'.
