If I was looking to employ someone I'd judge them in 'real world' situations like this rather than rely on their CV.

What I mean is if you're the sort of person who needs to take extra time to get something right, I won't be interested in employing you.

A CV can be written by someone else, checked half a dozen times etc, so the spelling, grammar etc should always be right. The way someone writes and presents things on a forum such as this is a better indication of what they're really like.
