I shall keep this short. After years of reading CV's and application letters etc you begin to spot an imbecile from a mile away. As such you don't even read the letters that look like they may have been written by imbecile. Consequentially, you sometimes may miss a good applicant, because they come across in their application as an imbecile.

As a nett result of this mentality, I saw your post and presumed that it was written by an imbecile. The way i figure it is this; Why on earth would I want to know the opinion of an imbecile?

Maybe you are not an imbecile, in which case some might say that I should have given your post the obvious time and attention that it took for you to write it. In which case I apologise.

But it still doesn't change the fact that you look like an imbecile, and I still won't be reading your post as it looks to much like hard work.

ok mate well done, you read cv's for maccys or something but i just think that some people tend to take a bit more care over a CV than they do writting a message on an internett forum, as some people regard these things as having a slightly different importance. i certainly do but you seem to think that these are a good comparison.

and the fact that you call me an imbecile without even reading what i have wrote and stating this quite clearly makes you my friend the bigger imbecile as you are still to back up your opionions with any reasons, i think your employee may have read a few porky pies on your CV if your claims to have an aurthorative position at work are true

CV classic errors are "driving license", "liase" and "GCSE's"

i used to draw big red circles around spelling mistakes on CVs and then sit with it during the interview

We are discussing Smith and some people have questioned his temperment and enthusiasim for LCFC.

I Smith did alright for Leicester. I really dont see how we could question him at all. There was nothing that directly happened that could lead you too such an asumption.

He did well to begin with and tailed off a little and Kelly is probably right hes a little to experienced for the current situation but in no way could you really knock him if you do your as bad as Thircan!
