Simpson got bad press from Savage (or was it Hoddle?) last night, for not being there for their second goal. We'd pushed up and were caught out.

On other occasions, there were complaints that we weren't pushing up enough. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Fuchs is copping flak for the same thing. For my money, Fuchs had one of his best games this season for us and on that basis I reckon deserves to start against Liverpool.

The pundits made much of the fact that only CR celebrated Vardy's goal - the rest of our bench were unmoved - anyone see it that way or have an opinion on our 'band of brothers' team spirit?

There was another flight from Seville to Stansted an hour after ours. Just heard that one had two aborted landings and then diverted to Birmingham!

...where they found that all trains to London have been cancelled.

And now another Stansted flight has been diverted and landed at East Midlands

I'm going to the match. The train ticket is from Devon.

The holiday was booked in July. I checked CL dates before booking, so I don't know how I managed to **** it up. I'm sure Mrs Jeff will enjoy a couple of days in a caravan by herself while I go to Leicester.

Ah - I misunderstood.

I remember when I booked a holiday down in Cornwall and finished up having to train up to London for the Swindon play-off final.

I had my heart in my mouth though when Fuchs headed back to Kasper earlydoors when Kasper had already moved towards where the ball was going.

Fuchs is a tragedy waiting to happen defensively in every match. It's time to move on and give Chilwell the experience and confidence that'll make him stay whatever happens to us at the end of the season.

I noticed that and thought it quite odd. Also another camera shot which saw one of them smirking to a colleague which again seemed quite strange at the time. Didn't realise the pundits had commented on it.

We lost 2-1 to a very good Sevilla side.
Yes we rode our luck. What were people expecting?
However, I bet those Sevilla fans backsides were twitching in the last 10, thinking "we're going to feck this up" ;)

What a trip.

I think I've aged 10 years

Whilst Chilwell is looking pretty useful, every game I've seen him in he has weirdly made a mistake that's led to a goal every single time.
We don't really have a solid left back at the moment.

Yes I listened to Talksport on the way back up from Heathrow and Geoff Peters said he was on that flight. Another guy said he flew into Gatwick and that was bad. We landed about 7:30pm it was a bit bumpy but nothing like the outward flight!!!!!

I missed it too. There's a link somewhere to a discussion about it but I haven't yet seen footage of the incident itself. Apparently, Musa was the only one to celebrate.

I think it's building into an Urban myth.

Well, the 'panel' discussed an urban myth then. I'm sure something happened though what that something was, I don't know. From my perspective, the players on the pitch looked happy enough so there's some kind of disparity.

It happened - it's the bit where Ranieri's glasses nearly fell off as he punched the air. Players looking at him like he'd just pissed on someone's grave
