Kennedy's out of contract next summer.

The only other one out of contract this year appears to be Conrad Logan. So the implication is that he's been offered a new contract. That doesn't necessarily mean he's staying though.

I think the only other confirmed release so far was Pantsil.

We'd be a bit silly to release Logan with only Kasper and a few academy prospects as back up. Might need to look at another keeper now but I'm glad Weale has gone - will no doubt wind up back at Yeovil.

Ah good stuff, thought I had read he had been released when news of Pantsill & Howard came out a while back but obviously not.

I hope he's given a chance as he always looked a decent player when he came on, maybe not a world beater but certainly a good squad player that had the potential to improve if given game time and he seemed to be in the action quite a bit for Chesterfield whilst he was there too.

Not surpirsed that Vassell was going to be released, after Waghorn got in ahead of him in both of the last 2 games. I am very disappointed though. If he's lost a yard or can;t cut it anymore then fair enough, but my gripe is, he never got the chance to prove that he could. I think he'll go to a decent club, maybe even a Premier League side.

Today's list was just the players who haven't been offered new contracts. They might still be trying to get rid of Moussa.

Sorry about Tunchev, injuries buggered up his career at the City. Decent player before all that happened, good luck to him. Howard was a good signing and always gave a 100% but age has caught up with him, hope he's done his coaching badges, still has a lot to offer the game. Vassell I thought was potentially one of Svens better signings, but again age and injuries meant he never lived up to expectations. The rest will not be missed.
