I actually agreed with that chant - MM has got away scot free with acting like a spoilt child. He keeps saying trust in me - why should we? because you struck it lucky once by appointing Rednapp?

Now we have ended up with everyone's last choice of manager because you have made us look stupid to the footballing world and no decent manager is going to want to risk leaving his club to come to us where the same thing could happen.

This statement, claiming who is and who isn't a fan is completely ridiculous. I bet as a percentage of their savings/income those people spend more on Leicester City than MM does. They have every right to be angry with Milan because last night we were RUBBISH! I'm over the moon we won but we played crap for 90mins and god only knows how we got those goals.

Megson wussed out of standing on the touchline (something PT and Wise both did at the walkers on their returns) and for me he bottled it. We were playing rubbish and our manager was no where to be seen - Martin Allen, CL RK and Micky Adams would have all been out there I'm sure.

If Milan can not see what brought people to chant 'Only one Martin Allen' then he needs to open his eyes. At the moment people are half willing to give Megson a chance but if in five games things aren't looking good Milan is going to come in for a lot of stick over sacking MA.

I simply do not understand this arguement. Do you go to the cinema, theatre or even other sports events because you are honour bound so to do? Why should people get behind Mandaric?
I think Milan has done a lot for this club - and good for him - but if, purely hyperthetically, he were to decide that buying Leicester had been a mistake and he were to start to sell our assets to re-coop his investment, should we support that? If your answer is, 'no', please could you explain where mindless acceptance ends?

I hold no grudge against the chanting fans last night. While I do agree it is counter productive to an extent, it is the only place where the opinions can be voiced and heard by those that need to hear it. And quite obviously judging by his retort it didn't go down to well at all. A chairman needs to stand up to sctutiny and criticism from his own fans. There is a lot of darkness surrounding the departure of Martin Allen and until we are enlightened then fans are right to ask questions and criticise if results do not improve the questions will be asked more aggressively and more regularly and these fans have a right to. A lot of people are saying that we do not know what went on behind the scenes, but Martin Allen was sacked and there is a saying that people are innocent until proven guilty, so until we know the reasons why MA2 was sacked then no one should criticise any fan for fighting his corner.

Well why didn't they aim chants directly at MM personally then? If MA2 was such a saviour to the club and now he's gone we're all doomed, why aren't they calling for MM's head instead?? Because we're not doomed, that's why.

MM might be a saviour or he might be another Shipman. Time only will tell. Chanting for a past manager, whilst watching F****t, in their back yard, while they're hurling it at our manager, when we should have supported him, after gifting them a head start, then winning, is just a wasted opportunity to show our colours. I am not suggesting that the chanting was correct. I am suggesting that an attitude of 'my views are correct and if you disagree, you are a bad fan' is not helpful. People have the right to their point of view - I, like you, do not share it - but they too pay their money to watch Leicester and, as long as they are not violent, have the right to chant whatever they like.
My only arguement with Milan, is that I think this whole anti Megson assault would wither and die if ignored. As evidenced by this thread, he has, I am sure unintentionally, poured petrol on a smouldering heap. Not the best way to extinguish it.
