James Vaughan back on Leicester radar as Foxes line up £500,000 January bid for Everton striker

Leicester are considering a £500,000 January move for Everton striker James Vaughan.
The 22-year-old was on loan at the Walkers Stadium earlier this year and helped the Foxes qualify for the Championship play-offs last season.

Vaughan is the Premier League's youngest-ever goalscorer and is currently on loan at Crystal Palace, where he has scored five in 12 games, until January.

He netted just once in eight appearances, only two of which were starts, for the Foxes towards the end of last season and previously had a loan spell with Derby County that was restricted to just two games through injury.

Vaughan, who has been capped by England at Under 17, Under 19 and Under 21 levels, was just 16 years and 271 days old when he scored for Everton against Palace in April 2005.

Followed a car with the number plate D3LPH up Soar Valley Way this morning.

Could it be Fabian on his way to us in January when he is back from his injury? :icon_bigg

I don't think he would improve the midfield three. Now if he was a keeper or real penetrative striker then yes please. :)
