Because I follow Polish football. Gargula and Lodobzinski have made international breakthroughs and looked the part. Both of them playing for teams who are 1-2 in Polish League.

what im saying is it doesnt matter if your a success at the beginning, if you dont keep it up your out and fryatt hasn't been upto it since his return i think he will be a bit part player next season anyway

not really... your point was that people had short memorys on fryatt keeping us up which i interpreted as you defending him. My point was that kelly was also credited with keeping us up he's not here due to underperformong so what gives fryatt that right? Also mdv scored our winner against spurs but is still not liked by the fans. basically what im saying is we as footy fans are fickle.

MDV scored the winner in a round of the cup that took us through, doesn't make him a city legend. Personally, he would've played a part in this season but clearly him and Kelly didn't get...but **** it, they are both leaving anyway so who cares and I'm positive you'll see a better (non injured) Fryatt next year

lets hope so all though i still believe fryatt will be bit part player learning off someone more experienced.

Here are some stats I've gleaned for Fryatt's and MDV's LCFC careers to date (which I'm not claiming to be 100% accurate; it's just what I found on t'internet - someone please correct me if I'm wrong)

MDV - cost 50K
31 starts (+ 20 sub) - 10 goals

Fryatt - cost ?500K + addons?
41 starts (+ 12 sub) - 10 goals

From that I don't think it's even remotely possible to argue that Fryatt has been better value (not neccasarily a better player)... so far. Hopefully Fryatt can fulfill his undoubted potential but at the moment he's way off.
