Speculation The hysterical and annoying, but traditional, totally unfounded spring/summer 2019 rumours thread.

**** it anyway. I made a Harry Maguire voodoo doll at the end of May. If the deal goes through I'll snap its ****ing legs off as soon as he's signed his contract. If that works then we've got a fabulous deal & we can piss ourselves laughing at Utd all season.

On a serious note though, as long as we've got a contingency plan I'm not anywhere near as fussed over this as some on here. Manure are a ****ing joke & it'll take a lot more than Harry to sort them out. The dressing room runs that club & Ole will be gone by January most likely. First mistake Harry makes that leads to a goal & the entitled wankers in the crowd will crucify him. I suppose a 400 mile round trip to see your team at home every other week gives you a sense that you have the right to demand the exceptional.

Finally. Some ****ing sense. The 400 mile thing though.....I'm doing that next Sunday and I do demand the exceptional.

Evans is a good player but isn't good enough to be our best defender.

He has mistakes in him and can get caught for pace. Thats not to say I don't rate him, because I do. He just needs the right player alongside him.

Hopefully that can be Soyuncu as that seems the preference at the moment

I'm sure we will invest the money wisely though like we have in the past with the signings of Slimani, Silva, Musa, Ghezzal, Diabate, Iheanacho and a massive new contract for James.

Do you see now why I'd rather have the player than the cash?

Or we could spend it on signings like Maddison, Ricardo and Tielemans.

I'm excited to see what we do.

If we genuinely want a winger and a replacement defender, we could see our little old Leicester spending £70m+ within the next week. Signings shouldn't be judged purely on their transfer fee, but that has to feel exciting for most of us?!

We could spend it on players of the likes of Youri, Ricardo or Madders. Depends on your outlook I suppose. As said by the most miserable of ****ers.

Yes, but for every poor buy there’s equally a good one - Maddison, N’Dididi, Tielemans, Perez Perreira and so I on. Our hit rate is good. We need to sell one a season for top dollar and then invest in two to three. Repeat over and over and eventually we are close to the top teams.

There is no other sustainable way.

Let’s splash out on Nathan Ake, and then any left over change can buy someone like Harry Wilson or Jarrod Bowen.

85m for Harry Maguire!!!!
Brilliant bit of business

When we sail past Man U and have them in our rear view mirror, the Prince will stand proud and shout Harry Who?
