Rob Tanner is reporting that we are only interested in signing a central defender that has PL experience as he'll need to be able to slot straight into the team.

He names Tarkovski, Vestergaard, Tuanzebe and Cahill as potential options.

Tuanzebe is off to Villa on a season long loan, so that’s him out of the picture.
 
I'd be happy with Tarkowski or Vestergaard.
 
Cahill most likely though
 
Tarkowski and Cahill would be very good options.

Kabak has a season of Premier League experience...

I'd still take Kabak and Cahill as realistic options. Can't imagine we've got the budget left for Tarkowski.
