That's my very next book to read! Had to give preference to Jack Reacher but now that's gone it's Dan Brown time!

I'd be too afraid to attempt to read a Dan Brown book, there's always that fear that it's so crassly ridiculous and badly written that it will actually start liquefying your brain

Fact: reading ten consecutive words written by Dan Brown actually makes you 6% more stupid. Also works for Andy McNab.

Sometimes, it's nice to put reality to one side, rest the old grey matter and escape into a fantasy world.

I must have read all or most of Dan Brown's books but really don't know why. When I've finished one I put it down and think 'well that was a load of crap' but I'll probably still buy the next one.

I got a lend of the Da Vinci Code off of one of my aunts when it first came out, I really couldn't believe just how bad it was. Just fecking awful, unfinishable bollocks. Sniffing petrol would do less damage to your brain cells.

Old news! Don't be a tightwad, get the new one (only hardback at the moment) "Worth Dying For".

It's worth paying for :icon_bigg

Not being a tightwad, just tradition really and not wanting to have a load of hardbacks on my shelf!

Was pleasantly surprised that 61 hours was out already, they are usually out at Easter. He's clearly getting more prolific....

Peter James - Dead like you, one of the Roy Grace novels, a copper in Brighton.
Liked it that much, think I'll get another one.

Just about to start, Silent Scream by Karen Rose

Just started 'The girl who played with fire' - I hope it doesnt take as long to get going as the first book did.

Just finished Adrian Mole The Prostrate Years. Excellent as always, funny, tragic compelling. The ending was bloody frustrating though!!!

All 3 are good books but the second isn't as good as the first and the third isn't as good as the second.

All worth reading though.

Dan Brown - The Lost Symbol, review said one of those can't put down books. After a few pages, thought they were taking the piss, but it turned out to be a good read.

I want to be a Mason :)
