I've got shit loads of plants in the top of breeze blocks in the wall surrounding my garden. At the weekend I pulled some of these plants out to plant as I've widened the border in areas.

Millions of the ****ers in the root systems, in nearly every single breeze block!!!

Bastards where attacking me like mad. I once saw a Winnie the Pooh cartoon where he jumped into a pond to hide from the bees, so I ran 2 miles down to the river and jumped in there for half an hour and breathed through a straw. This outwitted the bastards.

They haven't returned.
