When did your Brother last check the windows on Christmas Eve to see if it was still snowing?
In which way is it like Christmas Eve in your house? Do you have decorations up? Is Santa coming tonight? Does your Brother keep looking out of the windows to see if he can see Santa?
Or are you talking about some sort of fictional Charles Dickens type of Christmas Eve?

I was aware that the pitch wouldn't be an issue, but the car parks and roads towards the Bescott Stadium.
Unless the ground is frozen, or it snows again it should be on!

where did you hear that notts. I was just watching ssn and it didn't mention our game in the pitch inspections but didn't say it had been called off either

I think it'l be fine. The pitch looks very good, they have ages to clear the snow from the surrounding areas, and a gritter has been arranged.

I wouldn't be too keen to have it played.The last thing we need is to play on a frozen or semi frozen pitch and one of our players gets a serious injury,we aren't exactly well off for cover.

I think your right, if the covers are now off the pitch what happens when temperatures drop again about 5.00pm? Most of us will be on our way by then, the sensible thing to do would be call it off.

All it needs is for Howard to sustain a bad injury and we could be fecked bigtime.I suspect NP won't be too bothered if it is called off either

i think np is aware of that scenario but he obviously thinks we would be ok without howard for a few games otherwise he wouldve signed someone as cover

Perhaps there was nobody suitable or there was but they chose another club.We will never know.
From what I have read on here,we are clearly not ok without Howard,we are clearly piss poor upfront
