Who do you want as the next manager. Name your man here.

For me I would love O'Neill back but I don't think he would even consider it.

I would also give Neil Lennon a chance but would he come?

Other than these two I really can't think of anyone.

Help!

Rafa will be free in a few weeks.

Wibble.

I wondered whether another manager thread would be started today... wibble indeed.

As much as sentiment might attract MON I do not think it would suit either party - he is probably looking for one more big job and we are not it

Chris Powell for me please

I was thinking Chris Powell.. but Charlton aren't exactly doing brilliantly.

Lennon wouldn't give up Celtic for Championship I think!

MON, if he would come...

Not Warnock.
Not sure who's available that has recent experience of Championship promotion? McDermott?

Di Matteo

I rate Di Matteo and as I've said elsewhere, surprised no one has snapped him up yet. No experience at this level though... Would need time I think, something that it seems our fans won't accept.

I still don't want Pearson to go... but I'm starting to think it might happen.

He would also be my choice. Has worked at the club recently as is doing a very good job at Charlton.

Neil Lennon would be an awful appointment and his ego (yes I know every manager has one) would never allow him to drop down to the English second tier.

Bigger task in a better league. If he wants to challenge himself he'll come.

Apart from winning promotion with West Brom from this league
