IMO Megson is a goner, by not speaking to the press he has avoided any awkward questions regarding his future.

It would seem to me that the relationship with MM has broken down and could be beyond repair, I would not be surprised to see a Monday morning press conference announcing the departure of Megson and Burrows with Taggs taking over in a caretaker capacity.

If it does happen then I hope Milan goes for either Grayson or Ince.

He's a former Bolton player, so he could be a popular assistant manager if Megson wants to take him. Gerry might want to do that rather than the uncertainty of staying at Leicester as caretaker.

I would think so, and if it does happen then hopefully it will be a fecking big wake up call to Mandaric, it is imperative that he and the club start to rebuild and regain some crediability within the football world, otherwise our chances of developing any kind of stability on and off the pitch will be nil.

I'd be very surprised to see Ince here, after I heard he turned us down first time around, plus Palace not long ago.

I believe that Ince was told the job was his, but it was on the condition he bought in an experienced Assistant (Brian Kidd), who joined Sheff Utd instead.

I don't think he ever turned the job down.

I like the way people throw the names of Johnson and Grayson about as if we have some divine right to have them.Has it crossed anybodys mind they might not want to come here? It seems we are not an attractive proposition and will only attract the Peter Reids etc.

Imo managers are more frightened of MM than they are of coming to Leicester city. Another sacking dosent look great on the old CV.
