I will leave that to the chairman, there are plenty of young, experienced managers doing good jobs in this league and leagues 1 and 2

But there are plenty of good up and coming managers in the lower divisions.

After getting rid of MA2, MM decided he wanted a manager with experience at this level. The problem is managers with a good record at this level are either past it or already have a good job. Getting managers from lower divisions has been successful for us in the past, I don't see why it can't be again. We just need to find the right one.

I like the way people throw the names of Johnson and Grayson about as if we have some divine right to have them.Has it crossed anybodys mind they might not want to come here? It seems we are not an attractive proposition and will only attract the Peter Reids etc.

There are plenty of decent Managers with a big enough ego.
