Indeed, in a footballing press which is obsessed with style over substance as far as managers are concerned.

With limitless cash at the club

Ranieri 2nd in the league and semi finals
Jose 1st in the league and semi finals
Avram 1st or 2nd in the league and final

Not sure if that says a manager isn't important with a great squad or the press go over-board on personality.

Whatever, glad its Chelsea Man Utd as its a more even contest IMO.

you mean you don't like Liverstool?

you mean you don't like Liverstool?

:icon_bigg For a few reasons BG, no.

That aside I think Man Utd would beat Liverpool 9 times out of 10 and seeing as Chelsea beat them last weekend and they are both going for the title, which Man Utd will probably win, it becomes a more interesting tie.

This is a quote from the pub I was watching the match in, in Highbury:

Gooner "Bad luck mate, there's always next year"
Liverstool fan "I'm not bothered, I'm off home to contemplate the 5 times we've won the cup which is more than those c*nts will ever win"

Made me almost forget we are pretty much relegated. I am taking the opportunity to laugh at someone else's misfortune while I can.

Don't know what the hell Andy Gray was on about, the Essien goal was blatantly offside - Drogba was undoubtably interfering with play.

Just goes to show the ridiculous predicament the offside rule is in at the moment when you've got one pundit in the studio saying its offside and another one saying it isn't. No wonder the officials get decisions wrong.
