Re: Chelsea / Brum v Leicester FA Cup Quarter Final

It didn't make sense the first time...

He's apologising for his misspelling of Leicester, but he isn't doing too badly for somebody that is registered blind

He still missed an apostrophe though.

Re: Chelsea / Brum v Leicester FA Cup Quarter Final

Chelsea please, cheaper to get to

we want them to beat Napoli (ties 21/2 and 14/3)

in fact, we want the first leg tmr to be tight or a Napoli win, meaning a full strength side for the 14th March...maybe even extra time

hopefully on the saturday too, no time for them to rest

Yep, them needing extra time against Napoli would be good for us. And then playing Spurs after us would hopefully mean their attention is elsewhere.

I'm hoping we get Chelsea too.

Re: Chelsea / Brum v Leicester FA Cup Quarter Final

Well his job is on the line if he fails in Europe however if he got to the FA Cup Final he would still possibly lose his job before the Final took place if they are not in the Champions League Final as well.

I think that is absolutely correct. If he loses badly to Napoli this week and or he loses to Spurs then he is likely to be out before the Birmingham replay. The club owner won't be much interested in winning or losing in the FA Cup and you have to factor that into assessing our chances. But at the end of the day whether its Birmingham or Chelsea we will not be the favourites and it will take a top performance to get us through. As Glyn rightly said this is a rubbish draw for us - couldn't have been much worse - but we are in it and therefore can win it.

Re: Chelsea / Brum v Leicester FA Cup Quarter Final

We're still fairly close to Christmas and we historically do well against them at Christmas time, as per the song

we lost that game though

Re: Chelsea / Brum v Leicester FA Cup Quarter Final

Chelsea much better option than Brum imo. Chelsea will have all the pressure on them if we play them at their place and that is when they have been at their most vulnerable and also when we have been our best.

Brum will win the Championship this season as they are on an amazing run at the minute - 6 goals conceeded in their last 16 games is pretty impressive against anyone though having said that, it would be cheaper than gong to Chelsea and they can't keep their run going forever. Still fancy us more against Chelsea though.

I very much like the person who has done a bit of tinkering with a certain troll's profile :icon_lol:

Re: Chelsea / Brum v Leicester FA Cup Quarter Final

Is it funny enough to remove someone from an ignore list to see it though?

Re: Chelsea / Brum v Leicester FA Cup Quarter Final

I thought it was Terry South that was blind not cafe.
Unless they are one and the same.

It was Terry they were talking about, and there is no evidence that they're one and the same

Re: Chelsea / Brum v Leicester FA Cup Quarter Final

I thought that it was Cate's reference to the Hull troll which is under cafe's name

Nope. They were talking about Terry's spelling.
Do try to keep up Mo

Re: Chelsea / Brum v Leicester FA Cup Quarter Final
