Re: Matty Fryatt

Have enjoyed the reaction to our exchange yesterday. I liked the suggestion that a debate such as this might take place in order to win a TB award. I don't know what a TB award is, but it sounds terrifying.

I'm also seeping with delight at the various people who seem to think I'd rather people shout racist abuse than be quiet. That means someone, somewhere, has managed to equate my point - namely that anti-Forest songs were more useful in terms of creating an atmosphere than the bewildered silence which I imagine comes from some of you chaps - to a call-to-arms for all white supremacists to rise up and take the Walkers stadium.

I think this may be why people think that is the case

Yes, it actually is conducive to an atmosphere. It's wrong, I disagree with it and I haven't heard it for many years, but yes it makes noise.

Re: Matty Fryatt

Can I just point out that only non-whites can be offended by racism.
Now then, who wants a banana?

No thanks - I fear I'll not make it through my bucket of fried chicken as it is.

Damn. And I thought I had the munchies bad as well.

Re: Matty Fryatt

The Nurmburg rallies also had a pretty electric atmosphere, it doesn't mean I agree with what was being said there.

Yes racism can add to an atmosphere. Yes that's a tiny element of what makes an atmosphere at the San Siro or Bernabeu. No I don't agree with it.

This sort of racism has nothing to do with anti-Forest chants etc and I suspect even some of you on here have the basic motor functions necessary to understand this. If you're reading racism into what I've said about people on here being snotty towards other fans and what they sing then you deserve to be offended. But I suspect that you'd actually get your heads around it if you pulled yourself away from the Commission for Racial Hysteria's Frowny-Face Lynch Mob division for a minute.

And I don't believe I brought up the word 'Paki' in the first place, did I? Off you go, retrace those footsteps, back to the bower boys and girls...

You really do talk a lot of cock, don't you? Were you never advised that people from Hinckley should not use big words that they don't understand?

For pity's sake, get on with supporting the club in whatever way you want and leave the majority to do it in the way that they choose.

Re: Matty Fryatt

Thought this thread was about Matty Fryatt.

Didn't cover himself in glory, (only snow, guffaw, guffaw) but then again who did?

:icon_eek::icon_redf

Not everyone from Hinckley is like him y'know!:icon_cry:

Re: Matty Fryatt

It just gets better.

My argument was that people should be allowed to sing the songs they wish - within basic guidelines of it being connected in some way with football and not just a barrage of racist abuse. I assume you agree with me then.

And the main criticism against me was that I had - god knows how - said something which could be construed as racist, by saying that a good atmosphere was, in general terms, a good thing. Okay, so slating everyone from Hinckley by implying that they're all ill-educated half-wits may not be racism but it is precisely the sort of sweeping generalisation which tends to lead to it.

Congratulations on sweeping away the entire foundation of the argument against me in one post. I now love you.

Calm down, girl. The ones that you know would never use words they don't understand.

No you didn't. you said a racist chant was conducive to creating an atmosphere.

I viewed this thread impartially and have nothing against you or anyone else who has posted here, however you seem to have forgotten what you posted last night.
Can i suggest that you go back and read your posts.

Re: Matty Fryatt

I'm really great and clever and stuff and if you disagree I'll ask you to come to meet me in Cov near my Dojo and shit...

Hello Chandler.

Given up making a total twat of yourself on Foxestalk then?

Re: Matty Fryatt

A racist chant IS conducive to a good atmosphere. It can be conducive to a tremendous atmosphere, in the same way that slaughtering elephants can be conducive to a good piano concerto, or scientifically experimenting on ethnic minorities can be conducive to scientific research. I know what I said and it was right then and, frankly, if you disagree with it you are a fool. A bland, pointless smear on humanity. I've never met any of you but the image I've got in my head right now is of a grunting horde of atavistic savages all yelling 'racist' without actually knowing why.

But I'm sure you'll succeed in convincing each other that you were right. And, in a way, that's how the BNP works too, isn't it?

Nick Griffin used to have a house in Hinckley didn't he?

Re: Matty Fryatt

Syd, you're wasting your time. **** Of The Year always goes to Melton or BG. Nice try though.

What the lusty **** are you talking about now? Why are you persisting in making shit up even when you've been repeatedly called on it? And why are you still making personal comments about people you don't know? How dare you question anybody else's support of the club? What have you done that's so brilliant?
