if we lost against west brom he was going to be fired..fact

milan cancelled a trip to do it..fact

i was really up for it today, how the feck can you get such good players on paper tp play so bad

the mans a clown

1 more game..

This is similar to the Allen thing where a good result changed Milan's mind in sacking him, only for him to do it a few days later.

It shouldn't bloody matter if we get one good result, if Milan thinks he's not the man for the job he should sort it, instead of having a 'Should I, shouldn't I' attitude about it.

How on earth can a succesful businessman be so indecisive?

Just goes to show that football is not really his buisness,he got lucky at Portsmouth with Harry (And he even managed to fck him off once.)Apart from that his track record with managers is average to sat the least.

The following words come to mind.....

revolving door
laughing stock
joke
lack of continuity
power crazy
meglamaniac
"egotistical" (Beaumontfox, 2008)

Possibly, Milan is not able to bring in his target replacements and the win at WBA looked as if it might help to buy time - that is get us through to the end of the season. My gut feeling is that it's too late to change now and we've got landed with a sort of Russian roulette situation where we have the wrong manager and no one has a clue what sort of Leicester City side will turn out on the day.

Relegated (and it looks bleak today) or not, it would be uncharacteristic of Mandaric to accept Holloway's results profile - and I think he is on his last legs here anyway.

It irritates me that we keep hearing that we shouldnt be in this position with the players we have got. What rubbish, its because of these players we are in this position. Even if the manager is incompetant the players have to take a large amount of the responsibilty. You can be lucky or unlucky in 5 or 6 games through a season the rest of it is down to the teams abilties. Stating the bleeding obvious we are struggling because we are a poor team, and these players should look no futher than themselves as to why the club have let the fans down again.

Sorry, but that sounds like a managers excuse to me. Play the players in the right formation with the right motivation and they will perform. Put them in a formation they are not comfortable with and they will struggle. Look at all the teams with lesser name players who are doing better than us and that will prove my point.

All we need is a manager that will play players in their strongest positions in a sensible formation and we will win games, until then we will struggle.

Why do you think we should be doing better than teams with 'lesser name players'. Your name and reputation counts for feck all, its what you do on the pitch that counts. If our players think just because they have got 'Hendrie' and 'Howard' stuck on their backs that things will automatically happen , then no wonder we are struggling.

Because on a "one on one" basis our players are better then theirs. It's that crude and it's that simple and excuses can no longer be tolerated from those within and apologetic fans.

Fact is, our players aren't playing to the best of their abilities. It's somebody's job to make sure they do. They do this by learning their strengths, weaknesses, desires, what motivates them, etc. It would all go under the simple bracket of "Man Management".

Now, I don't know who's job it is to that within Leicester City, but they aint doing it very well.

I questioned IH's man management awhile ago.

He has lost the dressing room, and the players are not performing because of that IMO.

Ive played football at a decent standard, and if you lost faith in your manager, or are reluctant to believe what hes telling you, you will under perform.

Some managers can make you feel like world beaters, IH is not in this department.Ta Ra.

Or are they just not good enough anymore:102:

To put a different slant on it. Stephen Hendry 7 times world snooker champion and probaly the best player in the history of the game, against Mark Selby. For all is past glory i would back MS to beat him now. On the football field a few 30yr + players against some unknown enthusiastic, determined and ambitious players. Maybe just maybe the desire in some of our players is not at the level required anymore. IH is copping most of the flak and being manager i would expect that to be the case, but i also believe that not all the attention should be focused on IH

I agree name, reputation and past clubs/performances count for nothing, but don't you think that if those players have proved they can perform at this level they should be able to do it again. IMO, there are only two reasons why they don't, either they are past it, or the mnager doesn't motivate them. Without motivation, they will look like donkeys. I accept they have to put effort in, but as I 've said, if you're not comfortable with something, you don't give it your all ... it doesn't matter if you're a footballer or work in an office (or whatever) if you're not comfortable ...

They are good enough, your careers only die overnight if you come to City.

They were good enough last season, and by a long shot. Good enough to gain promotion, captain clubs, finish top scorer in the league etc etc. Hendry is a rejuvinated player and playing better than he has done done for a long time.

As much as I understand it, that argument carries no weight at all BB.
