Went to watch Anstey Swifts OB beat Real Muxloe 2-1 in Alliance League, Division 2.

I lived in Anstey many (many, many) years ago, only remember the one team though and that was the Nomads, played down on Cropston Road.

They don't come from Anstey. Anstey Swifts are the youth division of the Nomads playing at a couple of pitches behind Cropston Road. The team I mentioned used to play for Anstey Swifts at youth level as they had no other ideas for a name, Anstey Swifts Old Boys was used despite them being all lads from Stocking Farm, Abbey Lane and Mowmacre Hill.

You're correct in saying that Anstey only has one team, still does. Anstey Swifts O.B. is a misleading title.
