:icon_evil Don't even think about it. Anyone who does, will be beaten to death with my copy of the White Book. Both volumes.

And the supplement.

(s).

Its because of the claim culture that everyone's premiums keep going up...

I feel like a tramp today, have asked the council to come and pick up loads of stuff tomorrow (sofa, carpet etc) so I've had to leave it all out in the front garden. Looks like a rag and bone yard, though I suppose living near the Saff there's a good chance it might be gone by the time I get up in the morning anyway.

And that all sort of organizations are increasingly wary of allowing what used to be seen as acceptable personal risks. The worst legislation in the past few decades was that allowing the no win-no fee ambulance-chasers loose.

Don't worry, I'm not planning on making a false claim for any injuries!

My back hurts, and I was going to to the doctors this morning anyway, so just mentioned it while I was there so I'm covered in case their IS a problem. She said not suprising my back hurts, the muscles will be in spasm (especially since I'd just come out the gym!) and to take ibuprofen

They called me a few weeks ago trying to get me to claim for an accident I had in May last year. I say accident, some stupid cow reversed in to my car on a garage forecourt at about 5 miles an hour. When I told them to suggest I might be injured would be ludicrous they tried to convince me I might have had sleepless nights and nightmares.

When I said I wasn't prepared to falsify something for a few grand the woman literally couldn't understand my attitude.

What is the world coming to???

The end? Probably.

Not bad actually.

Started eating better since the end of last week and haven't really had those starvin marvin pains yet.

Didn't get up in time to have any breakfast but my lunch today consists of a no fat fromage frais yoghurt and a banana. Started seeing the difference on the scales too. No longer say error!! :icon_lol: Only joking.

Even the wii told me last night that i should eat some more. I think i'm at my lowest weight since i was left school about 8 years ago.

Hit the gym last night for and hour and a half too whilst my missus went aqua aerobics. I even talked her into a game of badminton on wednesday.
