5 years and three months for me. Patches really helped. I now have the odd cigar at weddings etc.

Well, its been about a month since I went cold turkey and gave up smoking, havn't had a craving either, altho having my non-smoking girlfriend move in has helped. Feeling quite good about it all. Yay! Well done me
I had the swine flu jab today and now I feel lousy. My arm aches and I'm shivering. I knew I shouldn't have bothered. I never have done before.

Well I have been one of those more than once in my life.
Due to my job it was suggested that we might have it and it was free.

I try and avoid flu jabs wherever possible. The jab itself makes me ill. :icon_sad:

Most of these jabs involve injecting some of whatever theyre vaccinating you against into your body so they can all make you feel ill.
Im pretty sure I have Swine Flu or "normal" flu now.... Ive never been ill like this in my life. Yesterday the house could have burnt down and I couldnt have got up to save my life.
Im going to try and get the jab privately as soon as Im over this.

I had normal flu before Christmas, I have never felt so ill... well, since the last time I had flu around 10 years ago
Could just be normal flu I have then... who knows. All I know is I feel like absolute crap. Gonna face a late fitness test for the game tomorrow
