46 games is a hell of a long league season - so no doubt Sven will look at making a few changes from time to time. Oakley is quite a way over the hill but he provides useful cover - if used sparingly.

Don't disagree, but I'm all for getting the few players with successful playoff experience in the mix for the run off.

Struggled a bit last night as BC disrupted our midfield, but I think Matt has fitted in well the last couple of games. I'd assumed the reason he's preferred to Abe is that SGE wants an old head in front of Bamba/Mee whilst that pair bed in. Neat assist for Waggy's winner - not least because it came about from closing down the oppo in their own half - something I wish others would do more of.

Abe nearly 30 and 50 caps for Japan, a world cup and Olympics player too, and you say Oakley is a better choice because he has played in a play off?

I agree with the first point, but the second, IU think Mee has great distribution, especially when compared to Hobbs.

First half, every ball Mee passed away from defence went to a Bristol City player. He did however improve 2nd half.

I have no problem if people want to miss the last ten minutes (and a goal last night) but when them leaving affect me and especially my six year old son seeing the action then it does piss me off!!!

Took my Step dad for ther game, glad I did.

Cracking first half, Brizzle seemed to have come to get a draw if they could, most of the first half we seemed to be playing with 2 defenders as Brilstol were playing so deep ther was no need for the fullbacks not to be playing as mifielders.

Bristol did the same at Ashton gate last season in coming back at us in the second half. at least we got the win this time.

3 points doesnt matter at which point in the game they were earned, just bad for the heart.

Awful second half capped by a goal from a man who clearly had something to prove. Made up for the lad!

Ricardo again confused me. He seems very light weight for this league. A slight shoulder barge when collecting the ball isnt going to get you a free kick this side of the channel tunnel. Still, he looks more confident than Weale and that in itself gives me confidence? Im not entirely sure why.

Bamba & Mee are a class act, although Mee sometimes gets caught out.

All three midfielders were shite. Gave away possession far too often and hardly any tackles were going in from any of them.

I could've cheerfully strangled all three of them for letting Brizzle steamroller the middle of the park for large parts of the game.

Last minute gloriously struck winner, deflected assist off a players back...........that is why I think we are going up!!

I am no screaming gobshite,but I do believe that Wellens was doing the work of two men due to Oakley being that bad,which in turn made Wellens look bad.

Talking of screaming gobshites I some plank behind me that after about 5 mins when Ricardo took his first kick and a Bristol player won the header he thought he would say the phrase "****ing shocking" about every ten seconds.He was even congratulating the opposition when they got past our defence!!!
