He won't win any after dinner speaking opportunities but the boy can sure play football and has an outstanding engine. He has made a fantastic difference to city and I hate to think we were complementing Nielsen on how he had improved at the start of the season. Nielsen and Naughton are comparing a Lada and a Porche.

Wonder if Stringer will be rushing to interview Naughton again after the next game?
Stringer was full of it about Naughton a few weeks ago about what a nice lad he was.
Daggers has just apologised and on Naughton's behalf.

I didn't notice him saying it, but was only half listening at the start. I thought he'd said bloody hell though early on.
Thought he gave a good interview though to be honest.
He said nothing had been discussed about a permanent move yet, too early for that. Would love it if we can though

Marking, marking, ****ing marking. Absolutely gash at we are, sort this out and we're half-way there. More evidence Davies is over-rated, twice he lost his man and one was a goal.
The most shocking peno decision ever clearly helped us and he then turned down a 'cast iron' decision.
Once we got into gear, lovely passing. Not slow either, quick, uptempo. Third goal was a beauty. Full backs were always the key with them playing 4-3-3. Then the fourth and fifth were down to one of the worst offside traps in Football.
Cunningham's a favourite of mine now. He's raw but loves a tackle and attacks brilliantly. I prefer these loanees than Bednar who ran around half-arsed and generally poor.

First I've seen of Cunningham and cant really comment on his defending as we were constantly on the attack for the portion of the game I saw, going forward though he seemed to have boundless energy, decent pace, good ball control, excellent decision making and a sweet left foot.
Excellent result to have him on loan for the entire season. If Man City continue to splash the cash, there may JUST be chance we can get him. He's highly rated at Man City but surely they will just sign a superstar if they ever need another full back?

I'm sure I heard Sven say at some point that signing Cunningham long term was a definate no no, as City rated him highly.
