Doesn't seem to be going away this one but hopefully we can get him to sign a new contract or at least get a bit more for him!

Really don't think this is going to happen. CR has stated umpteen times he is not selling any players and certainly not the clubs future. Chilwell is still under contract, and the time for renegotiating this is on our side. £4 million is a derisory offer anyway.
