Don;t think he will either, just watched an interview with him done on Tuesday that fludie posted on another thread and he doesn't seem like being near ready to return to management. Stranger things have happened though!

He left the game because the stress was too much. I don;t see that working with Milan is going to ease any of the stress. Its perform or die!

MM will go for the dream ticket of Monkey Heid and Roedent. And I reckon they'll be gone by QPR...

See, told you I was on the 'shrooms...

Heard on talk sport today that Rodgers has been cut from 13/2 to 6/4 favourite to be made manager.

And today the same radio station have reported Peter Reid as being favourite.

I find Jewell very irritating and unlikeable. I think out of these four I'd go with Simon Grayson.

I was terrified by this for a minute

I thought you meant Alan Rodgers!

Our next manager is some bloke called Nodding Dog, currently in charge of the Chinese national team, according to the NOTW......

Because despite the fact that he is an annoying, self-opinionated, arrogant, obnoxious pr*** he did manage to get Sheffield Utd to the promised land that MM wants.
But not quickly, as Milan would like, it was over a number of years of building, as discussed on another thread.

Hopefully that fact alone will be enough to convinve Milan not to get the miserable fecker in...

Apparantly Peter Reid is favourite to be the new Leicester manager with possibility Roeder to get DOF according to todays tabloids.

Also in the papers, Ruud Gullit says he wants a move to an English club... (Telegraph)

If we get Peter Reid, I will officially stop supporting Leicester City!! Why on earth would we want him?

Martin Allens downfall was the fact he was inexperienced and his training regime and running of the team clearly wasn't that good. He obviously talked a good game in the interview but was found out in the real world. With this in mind, Milan will go for a very experienced manager but Peter Reid/Warnock et al are not the way forward.

I here Ruud Gullit wants to make a return to football management - now that would get my juices flowing and restore my faith.

No it wasn't:018: It was the fact that he was not a yes man to Mandaric that was his downfall.
As far a Ruud Gullit goes I would have him as our manager, certainly would be better than all the other names taht have been touted recently.

Maybe some one should let mm know that ruud is available....also tell him we dont want Roeder,Reid,Warnock or Megson to be the new manager..

I quite like the idea of rodgers or Gullit taking control..

I suppose that one of the few positives of this situation is that it allows us to dream but, enjoy your dreams whilst you can: Ruud Guillet! We will end up with either a 'promising young manager' or Roeder.
