Kelly is one dimensional in eveything he does, tactics, signings, excuses etc etc. Not good enough.

But he is a smashing lad who works hard on the training ground because we are where we are! :icon_lol: :icon_lol: :081: :icon_bigg

:039: He'll be gone in 52 days!

I think we need someone who not neccesasarily knows how to spend a lot of money on very good players, but can see potential, buy cheaply and most importantly (see MO) get average players playing well above average week in and week out.

That's not to say that under MO all our players were average cause Izzet, Lennon, Lilly Savage and so forth were well above average but look at what he did with very average/below average players like Steve Guppy and so on.

We need a motivator with good knowledge of buying at a lower price level. Once he's proved this we would get promoted and give him the confidence to spend more money on better players that can keep us in the prem.!

An ex player (a proper ex player with long service Steve Walsh???) would be ideal.

Fecking MON again, like we are ever going to find another one like him and stuff Walshie, I'd rather have Pearce!

I'll shit stir and say everyones been saying MM is a footballing man who knows the game and so by that logic whoever is manager in the summer will be the right choice by default.

If not then MM's to blame! OUT OUT OUT OUT!

Nigel Clough, Simon Grayson, or Brian Laws

3 Managers (with local connections if important) that are probably ready to make the next step up.

Maybe we would be better off with "some" experience at a higher level, Keegan, Rednapp, Boothroyd, B.Davies

I'd personally like to see Nigel Clough make the step up

Both Walsh and Pearce are form the same mould 100%, honest, if we played s***, we would get told we were s***, not this constant excuses, ''tried hard....ref's fault....and so on

I just want someone who is honest who doesn't shy away from the truth and gives a s*** at the same time. Not too much to ask!

I've got to ask why would Davies, Boothroyd, Redknapp or Keegan come to Leicester instead of staying where they are?!

So you want a manager who says we are shit. Thats genius.

Clough would be great if we could forget the Forest link, great football brain, no long ball, motivator??

Where is Keegan?

Happily retired without any stresses and lying on a bed of £100 notes I imagine.

And why he'd give that up to come and manage a club with which he has no affinity and with immediate pressure to deliver is beyond me.

I'm not saying they would, but neither am I saying they wouldn't. I just suggested the sort of "named" manager we might be looking for, if we are indeed to look for a "named" manager

Well lets name Ferguson, Mourinho, O'Neill at the same time then.

Sorry but I find listing managers as potential successors who would have no inclination or reason to come here other than being paid millions extra a bit pointless.
