I hear what you say but I still contend that the OS should always be in the position to be first with the news - there's nothing special IMHO in the fact that they are now living up to that expectation.

Boc, I agree with you, they should be first but never have been and was just pointing this out. We have all been saying and joking about it for a long time.

General question, have the club taken back control of the OS?

Definitely not. Most of the official sites have had exactly the same makeover.

Has the LCFC press room got direct access to update the offical site now?

I have no information on this, but it does seem as though they are finding it easier to get messages on there.

What you thinking about next season Boc? Anything starting to change your mind at all??

I think there's far too much unwarranted excitement about. But as my decision to not get a season ticket was not based on team personnel or on the last manager, there is not likely to be any change in that decision as a result of recent announcements.

I wouldnt say excitement (no-one has said we going to storm the league yet) and people are slightly roused because it's news something we have been waiting for.

More cautious optimism.

Or...

We sign Saggypants, Macleodyywoldy, Hendriebum and Toddypuffhead. Then what?

Happy with new goalie, Not sure about a 36 year old on a 2 year contract though. Be more excited if there was a possibility about Saganowki but I somehow think he could be out of our range.

Bruno N'Gotty = Grotto Bunny

Also...
In 2006, Nielsen published an autobiography called 1000 på rød (lit. "1000 on red").

Just saw the Interview with Casino Jimmy on World...he says he doesn't have any weaknesses...

Confidence bordering arrogance is something I like in a player.:icon_lol:

No weaknesses apart from his gambling addiction.

Suprised Jessel hasn't been on yet, Nielsen will be his hero.

Quote from Nielsen in the official site of AaB (hopefully I got the Danish right):

- I've had a great time in AaB, but I'm very happy that I can try my wings in Leicester. This is a great oppurtunity both in a sporting way and economically*. The level and the intensity in the English Championship are both high, and the atmosphere is terrific. And with the capacity of 33.000 spectators in the new beautiful stadium, and with the investment from the new owner (Milan Mandaric), Leicester City have a positive future.

* The bookmakers in Leicester will be busy...?
