Presumably Hobbs will be playing there. Where the hell did our other 75 right backs go?! Any chance we can get Kaebi back on loan asap...? :102:

Hobbs at right back is ok, he played there for Liverpool a few times, with Weso now out for a while and Clemence not sure when he is back, A loan is needed in the Midfield position

HEAD TO HEAD
The two clubs have met just 5 times previously, with only 2 of those clashes coming when league points were at stake. Here in Leicester, we have recorded two wins a one draw to date.

EARLY MEETINGS
The first ever meetings came in the F A Cup back in November and December 1904, with Fosse drawing 2-2 at the County Ground before winning the replay 2-0.

RECENT HISTORY
The last time that the clubs faced each other was in the F A Cup in January 1998, when the Foxes ran out comfortable 4-0 winners at Filbert Street in round three.

LEAGUE RECORD
The Cobblers, however, are one of very few clubs to be able to boast an unbeaten league record against Leicester. The only clashes to date came in Northampton's sole top flight season of 1965-66, when both fixtures ended all square.

SEQUENCES
The Foxes are therefore unbeaten in all five encounters to date.

MARKSMEN
Leicester's leading marksman against the Cobblers is Billy Morgan, who netted both goals in the 2-0 replay win in 1904. Similarly, Northampton's top striker is Len Benbow, who rattled in two goals in the original tie that year.

BAD BOYS
There may have only been five meetings overall, but Northampton's Ian Clarkson still managed to see red in the 1998 F A Cup tie. Leicester's Willie Frame, incidentally, was also sent off in a war league clash with the Cobblers in May 1942.

DEBUTANTS
No player has ever been handed his Leicester debut when facing Northampton.

FOOT IN BOTH CAMPS
The extensive list of players to have represented both clubs over the years includes Trevor Benjamin, Dave Buchanan, Paul Bunce, Lawrie Dudfield, Kevin Farmer, John Farrington, Paul Friar, Stewart Hamill, Jonathan Hayes, Jimmy Holmes, Steve Howard, Carl Jayes, Pat Kruse, Frank Large, Ken Leek, Josh Low, Paul Matthews, Kevin Poole, Martin Reeves, David Rennie, Geoff Scott, Rob Ullathorne, Clive Walker and Alan Woollett.
