OK try this beauty from UPS....

Monday - failed delivery - address unknown
Tuesday - failed delivery - address unknown
wedensday - failed delivery - broken down van
thursday - failed delivery - adress unknown
(called them to tell them they are useless ****s and to deliver it to my work)
friday - failed delivery to new address - broken down van

I posted earlier from their 'depot' in Tamworth. I arrived at 18:25 to collect my parcel and left there at 19:55 with my parcel. Complete and utter ****s of the highest order.

Incidentally there were people still there when I left who were there when I arrived. 1 woman left after waiting for over an hour to be told her parcel was in Birmingham.

I've not been so angry in a long time. If there had been a loose brick or curb stone knocking about it would have gone throught their window. ****S ****S ****S

Edit - forgot to say that when I finally received the ****ing parcel it had a map taped to the top of it with the precise location of my house highlighted including GPS co-ordinates. ****S.
