I'd much prefer to use Sat Nav over a map and/or multimap printout. Yes it saves time planning the route, but I hardly think that is being lazy.

I'm sorry but using sat nav has absolutley **** all to do with being lazy, its efficiency.

I get exactly where I want with my AA map and multimap page.
I never get lost and always get there on time

I run a software package that factors in all possible traffic delays within my journey, and includes random 'ad-hoc' events such as waiting for trains at level crossings etc. It's a fabulous programme and I would recommend to everyone

Either that or I just leave half an hour or so earlier to account for traffic

they have been using sat nav in shipping for years now, its just progression its now reached everyday life
