It seems to me to have been done in a financially sensible way. Nit sure if that's correct though?
There are tighter controls on club finances. Clubs can be hoofed out the league if their finances aren't satisfactory. Dortmund almost fell foul of this a few years ago. There's also a league rule that clubs must be at least 50% owned by its members, ie fans.
 
Bradford have taken Arsenal to pens in the League cup and have apparently won their last eight shootouts

I never thought I'd see a team take worse penalties than your lot, until now.
 
Wow Arsenal... They put out a strong team tonight too.

Chamakh couldn't even get a penalty on target, is anyone surprised?

It might sound daft, but Arsenal's were the best penalties. Vermaelen and Chamakh unlucky to have missed by half an inch.

I'm surprised you talk about that game, does it not remind you of your team choking in the final after leading the game twice?
