You can say what you like, but that performance was an utter disgrace

The first 70 minutes were a living nightmare, but the rest wasn't much better - all against what was an awful opposition

Led by undoubtedly the worst captain this club has seen for some time, putting in a performance of such ineptitude that is was hard to believe what I was witnessing. Ably assisted, by a lumbering useless cnut at the back (N'Gotty) and a lumbering useless cnut up front (Howard) - Kisnorbo had a piss poor game, and Jamie Crappo is simply not good enough for this league. And don't get me started on that feckwit supposedly playing on the right wing

All three goals were correctly disallowed - for those who couldn't see, one of our players actually punched the ball as the cross came in for the third. Good tactic, that. Couldn't have been more blatant

Clueless in every way

Doomed in every way

What a surprising post, after all the slagging off I got after we beat Cardiff, That win papered over the cracks, last nights result opened them up again and maybe opened a few of your eyes to the bigger picture. Against Cardiff we had a lot of possesion but failed to score ourselves ... oh but we won and that was all that mattered, against PNE (from what I have seen heard and read) we had a lot of possesion yet failled to score, even if the ball did end up in their net three times, they have to be valid before they count.

Now tell me again how playing Hume on the wing works.
Tell me again how Holloways tactics are working.

OH, but of course, I wasn't there so my opinion isn't valid. Ostriches spring to mind.

Blimey! Will you all listen to yourselves!! Anyone would think we are relegated. There are at least 3 teams worse than us, we will not go down!!

We just need to get this season out of the way with our status intact and thn build for next season.

I hope you lot arent going on saturday with attitudes like this!!

Maybe you could tell me where I said I was telling people not to go o the game then homer??

Maybe you could talk us through how Hume performed on the wing and Holloways tactics last night and explain how your opinion can possibly be valid??

What the feck are you talking about ?

I have never said any of those things - but sadly you are too up your own pitiful deluded arse to have noticed

but for some totally bizarre fcuking reason, Hume went to play on the left wing for the next ten minutes Hendrie went to play on the right. For me this is where it all went wrong, we never seemed to gel again after that.

As I said, what I've seen, heard and read

Semantics, DF, and you know it

I stated it was my own personal hope that people with negative attitudes werent at the game on Saturday but it cant possibly help us avoid relegation. I wouldnt tell people what to do. Thats a lot more than semantics, its the difference between a personal hope/belief and instructing others on what to do :102:

Sorry, that wasn't meant to be pointed at you personally. Having re-read the Cardiff post match thread, there are many that were saying how it doesn't matter where the players play, or how they play, as long as we win. When we lose those opinions seem to change.

But when you are in the godawful position we are in right now, that is absolutely right. This is not the start of the season, when we are tryiong to establish a style and pattern of play that will take us to into the top six etc. (I feckin' wish)

This is backs-to-the-wall dirty-deeds-done-dirt-cheap time - the only thing that matters is points, regardless of how they are arrived at. People were/are making the point that nothing else matters at this stage, and they are completely right

So when we don't even get a single point against a team full of shite, the reaction is quite natural

im not going on saturday and i had decided that after the coventry defeat, far too many times they let us the fans down, they win 1 then lose 1,2,3...on the trot, im now going to take it game by game if those useless feckers cant put the effort, passion, commitment in then sod em im not making a 3-hour round trip for every home game, i was far from surprised about last nights result as weve seen it sooooo many times and now its getting beyond the joke

Jesus christ... come on open our eyes to this bigger picture!!! We have been shit for four years, we have been in exactly this position for four years.

Everybody knows we are poor, if they don't then i'd like to know where they have been for the last few seasons.

You act like you are the only who knows it.

I don't disagree about needing the points and how they are achieved, if we get them, but that will never lead to consistent wins. One of the main reasons I've criticised Holloway from early on, was the fact he's tried to change our style of play in mid November. We were hard to beat prior to that, and yes the attack needed some work, but to try and change system in November has been part of the problem. A good manager would have adapted himself, instead he has expected the whole team to adapt to what he wants, regardless of whether what he wants is right or wrong/works or doesn't work.
At the moment my judgement is on hold to see what happens when Etuhu is played and what tactics and players Holloway chooses to play.

Agreed Scarbs DJ or Howard should have stayed on, I couldn't understand the double substitution then again I suppose Ollie bowed to the chavs singing for Matty Fryatt.

i know we had 3 goals chalked off but at least fryatt was in there 'scoring' 2 of them unlike that usless lollup campbell who didnt get near the goal and if he did i mustve yawned at that point

He was 'in there' fannying about in an offside position, though

and how close was campbell getting for goal scoring chances??

Well if he had hung about in an offside position all game then I suspect he would have equally been able to score one or two illegal goals. Anyone could do that

The move for our first 'goal' was sweet as a nut - real quality

It was spoilt completely by the fact that Fryatt was unable to stay onside

i think the simple fact is i rate fryatt over ming whereas you prefer campbell to flatfoot
