I usually have a good idea how matches will go - and in all honesty am more often broadly right than wrong. I hadn't got a clue about this one.

I have always believed that we were punching below our weight and when it came to the crunch that we would just scrape to safety. I knew we were a rubbish side and a disgrace to the history of the club with an idiot manager but I really didn't factor in how very very poor we are.

Something in me LCFC-wise actually broke yesterday. Suddenly, I feel less like caring this season, I wonder if I have accepted our fate? I think the football gods want us to suffer.

To be honest Alex, and please don't take this as a pro-Ollie comment because it isn't, but I don't think we are any worse on the pitch than we have been the last few seasons. The points may say otherwise I suppose but actual playing seems about the same. One week we seem to have picked up and improved and play good football (the first 20 minutes yesterday) and then just slump.

Yesterday I thought the game changed when Paddy went off and we had to play 20 feet deeper because of N'Gotty

All those not prepared to go to League One to watch LCFC should be spat in the face. What makes you think you're better than that? Terrible and pathetic.....Man City, Sheff Weds, Leeds, Treescum, Wolves etc all got/get massive support down there. We will need it too if we are to get out of it.

He's not been brilliant, but IMO he's not been as bad as people would try and make you believe. Better to blame the players than the Manager.

I'm actually surprised at how sick and pissed off I feel. Next Sunday I'll be up a mountain trying not to think about football.

I agree with Melton about the enjoyment factor, or lack thereof. It's not much fun, and at the moment I am thinking I won't renew.

I suppose I'm just a kneejerker but I cannot stand Holloway. He is coming close to being worse than Taylor and Bassett in my opinion. I would like to know why we could not keep hold of Megson, I think we would be a few points better off if he had stayed. As soon as Allen was sacked - whatever the rights or wrongs of that decision - the priority became to avoid relegation, but I don't think Mandaric or a lot of the fans realised this.

For the first time this season there was audible "swearing" coming from members of the Family Stand.

This went on for about ten minutes and was along the lines of "Where the fcuk's Holloway gone?", "Holloway, get off your fcuking arse and change something". People are losing patience.

after spending well over £100 on food and beers yesterday and our train arriving back up here at 23.40 i'm in two minds as to whether i can be arsed to renew and go through the effort to watch league one shite. even if by some fecking miracle we beat stoke i believe the football league should step in and relegate us anyway, let an extra team from league one come up as we are a gutless bunch of twats who don't deserve to wear the city shirt.

The one I had one yesterday has a blank back so it wouldn't have helped you - got to be more careful with my money now I'm having to live on a fixed income.
