I'd rather have a Mondeo performing at 74%performance, than an Allegro performing at 100%.
One of the all-time great quotes. Well done Melts.

I am a bit shocked.
I usually have a good idea how matches will go - and in all honesty am more often broadly right than wrong. I hadn't got a clue about this one.
I have always believed that we were punching below our weight and when it came to the crunch that we would just scrape to safety. I knew we were a rubbish side and a disgrace to the history of the club with an idiot manager but I really didn't factor in how very very poor we are.
It might have been in the small area where you were but where I was at the back of E1, there was no tangible support with so-called fans moaning, groaning and calling the players persistently.
Why are we so appalling this season do you think Melts, really?
All those not prepared to go to League One to watch LCFC should be spat in the face. What makes you think you're better than that? Terrible and pathetic.....Man City, Sheff Weds, Leeds, Treescum, Wolves etc all got/get massive support down there. We will need it too if we are to get out of it.
He's not been brilliant, but IMO he's not been as bad as people would try and make you believe. Better to blame the players than the Manager.True Beights, at times we have looked really good. I actually think we miss Clem too at the moment. ++Alex stands back from the abuse almost certain to rain down++
DId you have blue shorts on a brown shoulder/satchel bag? Wearing a coat? And did you go into the ticket office before the game, and had to talk to a steward to get past?
Yes, yes, yes, yes and yes.
I just want this season to end. It's like I know something bad is going to happen, and I just want it over with and out of the way now. Like a sense of inevitability? I can't put it into words well, as you can tell!Something in me LCFC-wise actually broke yesterday. Suddenly, I feel less like caring this season, I wonder if I have accepted our fate? I think the football gods want us to suffer.
What were your shorts doing on your brown bag....?
A complete abomination of a game
Never have I witnessed such ineptitude from the side of the pitch - it almost eclipsed the complete ineptitude that was displayed on it
THE worst manager we have seen for some considerable time, IMO
Shocking stuff
For the first time this season there was audible "swearing" coming from members of the Family Stand. In contrast, Brian Laws was at pitchside all game. Rolled his sleves up in the second half, and brought a forward on for a defender, to kill us off.
:icon_lol:Worse still was when the Sheff Wed coaches went past and some of their fans had taken a shoe off and were waving them at the City fans as they went past. :icon_conf
Yes, yes, yes, yes and yes.
Oh, it wasn't you I saw then :icon_wink
Was going to say hi but as I couldn't see your city shirt which your name on the back I didn't want to make a fool of myself. Can add you to my "have seen" list though
