My mistake, it was three in thirteen before today. But still better than Hume, Fryatt and Campbell.

Bloody hell so its not 1 in 2 games then.....:icon_roll The useless fecking lump!

Give him the service what a player like him needs and he will score, as proven yesterday

Serious question - any credit to Holloway for getting him in?

He is a proven player and was not an unknown from the lower divisions, and to get him here was a real coup, but we were looking at him earlier before IH came. IH must have had something to do with him signing for us, a bit like Hendrie really.

I know what's been said about our squad and team on paper but with McAuley and Kisnorbo, Two from Oakley, Clemence and Hendrie and Howard and DJ we've got a hell of a spine and if we stay up I expect us to be in the mix next season.

you would hope so. It has to come good sometime

6 goals in 14 games -that would mean 20 (well 19.7) goals a season.

Howard looked a pub player against Bristol. And i did comment on it at the time. He looked considerably better yesterday. I wish i could be proved wrong about players abilities more often.

I agree with newts, we should employ the tactic of scoring more times than he opposition.
That way if we've scored more goals at the end of the match we'll more than likely win.
It's got to be worth a try at least.

I don't know why no one has thought of this before.

Ollie out - Newts in.

It'll be a radical departure, sure, but we're desperate for a change in tactics, newts is a genius I'm tellin ya.

Although I'm sure Melton Fox et al will be along soon enough to shoot this idea down in flames as they always do.
