Massive sand dunes. Change shape as the wind direction changes. V weird. Excellent water park close by.
"You'll find this beach divided into four areas: the first perfect for families and kids, the second and the fourth nudist zones and the third for the gay community"

Spoilt for choice!!

Sorry to bring back a (fairly) old thread.

I'm on the verge of booking a week All Inclusive in Amadores, Gran Canaria through First Choice.

Looking through the Flight Options it asks me to pay £30 to guarantee we are seated next to each other, do people usually do this or is it bollocks to try and get you to pay more?

Also the return flight is at 20:30, do they allow you to stay in the hotel until the required time or do they chuck you out early in the day?

we booked our plane seats next to each other at no extra cost. although we are flying with the package company.

our flight back is at 1.00 am...and i had to pay an extra £25 to move check out at the hotel from 10 am to 10 pm that day

I have never paid the extra for this and have always been seated with the rest of my family.

Could have been lucky I suppose.

Also, if you have young kids with you the airlines are hardly going to seat them away from their parents next to an unknown stranger are they.

If your flight is at 20:30, you'll be picked up from your hotel at around 6pm.

Normally, you will be turfed out of your room at midday, but you'll be allowed to stay at your hotel. They should have space to store your luggage, which allows you to do what you want to do until your transfer to the airport. If you're All Inclusive, you should still get your AI benefits during this time.

I wouldn't be so sure on the cheapo airlines. It happens all the time.

I've sat on an Easyjet flight where some mother looked me up and down then told her 7ish daughter to sit on the seat next to me. I had my daughter on the other side of me. The flight was full and only single seats were left. The mother was sat about 20 rows in front.

Good Afternoon All,

Well could do with some help, planning to away for 7 nights with 3 of my friends, looking for something with a good and lively nightlife (bars and clubs) but also a chilled out evening, drinking some wine, eating some good food. A place where we can do some sightseeing and fun activities during the day.

We not sure on the destination it could be Greece, Spain, Portugal or Turkey.

Recommedations please :)

Sharm El Sheikh ... loads to do at night, some great restaurants and bars a couple of decent clubs, casinos etc. Loads to do during the day, scuba, snorkelling, quad biking and more history than you could sheikh a stick at. It's out of the Euro zone as well so your money should go further.
