But Mackarena, if he'd used his last go to pop his X in the bottom right, it wouldn't have mattered where his opponent put his next O, as BM had two clear ways to victory.

:102:

BM had a go and put in the top left if he had put it in the bottom right he couldn't be beaten.

Bet I must have missed a joke in your post. Awaiting Whoooossssh!

Are ye both blind for ****sake? :icon_lol:
If he'd have put it bottom right, Billy would've gone top left and won.

That's the plan Ted. I don't enjoy it, I'm taking an atheist stance

So i've been outwitted in naughts and crosses by someone on the bud? Embarrassing.

what if it was a spider that had a deadly virus that would wipe out mankind? surely it would be a good idea to kill that one? Or one that would take over the world and ban cake or something?

That's all grand with me, as long as it keeps eating flies. I ****ing hate flies.

A load more from me... I had a fantastic week in California last month. The main reason for going was a couple of boat trips to look for seabirds, whales, etc. The BIG highlight for me was seeing my first ever Blue Whales on the first trip, and a group of five Blue Whales lunge-feeding on krill at the surface on the second boat trip. The photos aren't brilliant but the spectacle was genuinely awesome.

Look for the tiny birds scattered around for a vague idea of the size of these beasts, which are, of course, the largest known creatures of any kind to have ever inhabited the planet. Staggering!

Not the most attractive or impressive of the albatrosses, this one, but an albatross all the same. We saw loads of them (they're Black-footed Albatrosses.)

The deck hand caught a couple of Blue Sharks, which was pretty exciting, although being a hippy boat full of tree-huggers he let them go again, nice man.

Being a land-lubbing Leicester native, and living even further inland now, it's odd how I feel strangely drawn to the sea. Two full days on the open ocean was enough for now though... :078:(not quite, but nearly)

The boat trips were from Bodega Bay north of San Francisco, most famous for being the location of the Hitchcock movie The Birds. Really nice place actually, reminds me of somewhere on the north Norfolk coast.

I spent the rest of the time being a complete tourist. I went to visit the giant redwoods in northern California, the tallest trees in the world. They are massive in a Blue Whale kind of way.

I actually drove through this one! :icon_cool
