The word you should concentrate on there is 'allegedly'. It's not the same anyway if a club has to buy him.

Forest had to pay more to be more attractive than a more established club in the league, it's an old story and one that invariable ends badly for the club in question - which would be a shame as I genuinely want Forest to become as much of a fixture as we are. If Tielemans wants to play in [Big Cup] he might not get the same options - unless he really starts putting a shift in here to prove his worth again
