I presume this is likely to have me throwing around even more ****s than usual?

With some banks, yes. I couldn't reset mine despite giving them my correct name, date of birth and postcode - I was informed I'd got one of those wrong.

I'm impressed that they're asking questions that personal to start with.

My favourite is when it tells you the password is incorrect but when you try to set up a new one, using the one you previously thought was the correct one, it tells you it can't be used as that was indeed the one you've used before.

So you cancel, start again using the password it previously rejected and amazingly it is correct afterall.

It must have happened at least 5 times to me.
