I've read that BBC one will be nothing but a picture of her face and the national anthem for 24 hours and the entire BBC will stop playing comedy for a week or something. Hopefully it'll convince everyone that the whole thing is a load of kleptocratic wank.

Was discussing this tother day. Reckon they'll give us the extra bank holiday for the Jubbly plus another day? I think a week off would do justice.

There would normally be a Bank Holiday on the last Monday in May, viz 30th May this year. This has been put back to Thursday 2nd June and the additional day for the jubilee is Friday 3rd June.
