I had this problem a couple of years ago, it was something to do with the receiver bit in the centre of the dish. Can't remember what they called it but they had to replace it twice before it was fixed. Problem always seemed worse in extreme weather, heavy rain, high temperatures. Cost about £80 to be fixed.

That happened to mine,apparently there are two types of signals coming into the dish and its common that they become misaligned
